THAWING DIRECTIONS WHOLE PIE:  1. Thaw in refrigerator 4 1/2 - 5 1/2 hours.  2. For a clean cut, dip knife in warm water and wipe clean after each cut.  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate.  4. Return thawed, unused portions to refrigerator; keep covered.  

THAWING DIRECTIONS PLATED SLICES:  1. Slice frozen pie in pan. For a clean cut, dip knife in warm water and wipe clean after each cut.  2. Thaw:     At room temperature: 40 - 60 minutes     In refrigerator: 1 - 2 hours
